How do I place an order?
- You can shop on our website (kwikduka.com). Navigate to the products you want on our home page. You can also use the categories page or the search bar to find the products that you want.
- Once you’re satisified by the list of items in your cart you can proceed to checkout. Our delivery team will be at your doorstep within 20 minutes and you make your payment on receiving your items.
How do I open an account?
- Click the login/register icon at the top right of our website. Enter your email address and click the register button. You will get an email to set your new password and edit your account details.
- Check your spam folder in case you don’t see our email.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Ruaka but are putting in place systems to cover more locations in Nairobi and beyond.
When will my order arrive?
We fulfil all orders made during our operating hours within 20 minutes. We operate everyday from 10am to 8pm

No, we do not have a minimum order value.
How will you pack my order?
We carefully pack your order using standard packing bags to ensure your items arrive in great condition.
What are the payment terms?
You will pay for your order via our Mpesa Till Number XXXX on receiving the items.
Can I order items that are not on your website?
We currently only stock items that are listed on our website (kwikduka.com). You can contact us on whatsapp using the icon on the bottom left of our website or directly to 0116-119-350 to let us know of items you would like to see us stock.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled because our order fulfilment process is simply too fast (20 minutes maximum). Please double check your order before confirming.
What happens if I'm not happy with my delivery?
We always strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner and in good condition. In case this standard is not upheld we work to address the issues promptly and to ensure your satisfaction.

If you receive damaged, expired or wrong items send us a photo on whatsapp within 12 hours using the icon on the bottom left of the website or directly to 0116-119-350 and we will work to resolve the issue ASAP!
